My babies are bigger now 7 and 4 but sometimes they can be chatting away to me and I'm just staring at them at how gorgeous inside and out they are.
My son gets annoyed with me now telling him how amazing he is but I just can't help it!
The love you have for your baby is beautiful ❤️

I have 5 kids and still get like that! My 16 year old has just got an apprenticeship doing something he absolutely loves after many years of difficulty at school, us getting told he won't amount to anything, he'll end up been a criminal etc (never even been arrested!) and I nearly cried when I dropped him off for his first day I was so proud!! He has now just passed his CBT moped test and is picking his moped up tonight after saving hard for it!!
My partner used to cry when looking at our baby girl (his first) he loves her so much! x

I have a gorgeous 6 month old and I just can't control my love for her. I look at her and just want to burst with love. How did I create such a beautiful little being? So precious and lovely. I just want to give her the best life. I know I'm not the only one feeling like this. I feel sad at the thought of being back at work and being away from her. She's just amazing. I feel so daft sometimes when I say it out loud lol.
How old are all your babies? And what do you love about them. I love my baby's laugh and smile?
I have a 5 year old step daughter and a 2 year old son.
Recently my SD has had some trouble at school but she got an award for good behaviour last week and I almost cried I was so proud!
My son is usually very shy but he has started preschool and has come out of his shell and I love it when he talks to me about his new friends.
They both look exactly alike and have their Dad's smile. They are just so beautiful and I love them so much! ❤

Hi BetClare,
I felt just like you, still do and he's 2 and a half.
However, you mentioned the thought of going back to work is overwhelming. It was for me too and around that time I developed a little bit of PND. I was so anxious about leaving him and the thought of going back overwhelmed me that I think I went a little crazy in the mind for a while.
I wish I had told the health visitor about my fears of leaving him then maybe I would of had a better experience of going back to work and not had such a dreary year from him being 7 months to almost 1 and a half.
I did go back to work but after a while, I found a more suitable job and magically, my mental health improved. I'm now only away from my son 4 hours a day three days a week and he's in playgroup/with my mil in those times.
If you feel really anxious, speak to your HV. I wish I did

Aww this is lovely, I think as well when they get an award in assembly they look so nervous and small!
My son got student of the year at his alternative education college and loads of certificates he'd achieved, I burst into tears in front of everyone (pregnancy hormones didn't help) he came over and gave me a big hug in front of all his mates! Made me cry even more! [emoji23]

My lo is 11 months. I was trying 11 years for my little miracle. I love his beautiful blue eyes, cheeky smile, sweet babbling and amazing laugh. Though I could cuddle him so tight I love him so much. The best thing to ever happen to me. 😍❤️

I'm so glad I found this thread, these posts are lovely 😊. I thought it was just me and my partner and we are soppy! Our LG is 18 months and she is our first. I love the bones off her it scares me. I love her skin, her legs, her cheeks, her curly hair, her booty, everything! She is the best thing in my life. I love it when she waves at strangers. It's sad that we don't do that as adults. I feel so lucky that I am capable of loving my child so much 😍
